Goldfinch is based on our popular Siskin cider but is bottle-conditioned to give a pleasant
sparkle. Fresh apple flavour, pleasantly sharp, dry but with almost no tannin. The bottle conditioning process may throw a natural sediment, so serve carefully, preferably in one pour.

Goldfinch may contain a trace of sugar from the bottle-conditioning if the fermentation hasn’t finished, but has no other additives. 6.0% ABV.
