Siskin cider is a dry, still, sharp cider with little tannin and a fresh flavour of green apples.
 
We make it from a blend of many locally-grown cooking and eating apples, with a handful of cider fruit thrown in to give a bit more “body” to the finished cider.
 
Grenadier, Katy, Discovery, Bramley’s Seedling, Keswick Codlin and Worcester Pearmain are just a few of the varieties that have contributed to our Siskin cider. We age it for at least a year before a final blending and bottling. No sulphites, no additives, no sugar. 6.0% ABV.
